First UHP Electrical Grads Demonstrate New Model for Technical Education
3D Interactive and XR Immersive Content Improve Workforce Readiness
UHP's first skilled trades graduates trained with BILT's 3D interactive instructions and XR immersive learning, setting a new model for workforce-ready technical education.
DALLAS, Texas — July 30, 2026 — The Skilled Trades Institute at UHP (Unlock Human Potential), will graduate its first electrical class today, marking the launch of a new workforce trained on interactive and immersive learning technologies. The five-week curriculum offers a glimpse of how career and technical education is evolving to meet growing workforce demands.
Students completed coursework using BILT Intelligent Instructions® on touchscreen tablets, giving them access to interactive 3D technical guidance that can also be used in the field without an internet connection. In the classroom, instructors augmented lessons with immersive training on XR headsets to help students visualize equipment, components, and procedures before performing hands-on work.
The graduation comes as educators and employers seek new ways to prepare students for high-demand skilled careers. A Deloitte study of BILT’s immersive technical training found participants completed technical tasks 73% faster, reduced errors by 90%, tripled knowledge retention and completed coursework nearly 25% faster when immersive learning supplemented traditional instruction.

The UHP graduating class represents the first cohort to complete the program using both interactive 3D instruction on iPad and immersive classroom experiences on Apple Vision Pro, demonstrating how technology can complement traditional instruction while helping prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.
